Bigfleet revolutionises how transport companies manage their vehicles. Our team built a unified control tower that ingests live GPS data from thousands of trucks, optimises delivery routes using a proprietary genetic algorithm, and provides actionable driver-behaviour analytics — all in a single dashboard. The platform integrates with existing ERP systems through a flexible API layer, enabling clients to migrate without disrupting day-to-day operations.

The challenge
Manual route planning and lack of real-time visibility were causing massive delays and fuel waste. The client had no centralized way to monitor their fleet across multiple international borders.
The solution
Our team built a 'Control Tower' dashboard using real-time IoT data from fleet sensors. We implemented a genetic algorithm for route optimization that accounts for traffic, weather, and fuel efficiency in real-time.
