Prep Quest makes studying feel like an adventure. The platform generates adaptive question sets that respond to a student's weak spots in real-time, then rewards progress with XP, badges, and leaderboard rankings. Teachers get rich analytics dashboards that surface at-risk students before it's too late. We scaled the infrastructure to handle 50K concurrent users during national exam periods without a single outage.

The challenge
High-latency video and lack of engagement tools made remote learning difficult for K-12 students. Schools needed a platform that could handle 100k+ students without crashing during exam periods.
The solution
We utilized WebRTC for sub-second video latency and implemented a distributed database architecture across multiple regions to ensure zero downtime. Interactive whiteboards and AI proctoring were built from scratch.
