The project, from idea to execution.
Magic Dance fuses fitness with fun. Using on-device pose estimation, the app scores dance routines in real-time and adapts difficulty dynamically. We built a social layer where users can challenge friends, join live classes, and earn streaks. Integration with Apple Health and Google Fit keeps all wellness data in sync. A lightweight AI coach nudges users toward their weekly fitness goals without feeling intrusive.

Manual route planning and lack of real-time visibility were causing massive delays and fuel waste. The client had no centralized way to monitor their fleet across multiple international borders
The solution
Our team built a 'Control Tower' dashboard using real-time IoT data from fleet sensors. We implemented a genetic algorithm for route optimization that accounts for traffic, weather, and fuel efficiency in real-time
